What you’ll need:

1 lb. beef chuck roast, trimmed and cut into pieces

1 tablespoon chipotle in adobo, chopped

1 tablespoon dried chilies

Black pepper

Salt

How to make it:

Fill and preheat sous vide water oven to 1790 F/820 C.

Season beef with ground chilies, pepper, and salt.

Transfer beef into the zip-lock bag and remove all the air from the bag before sealing.

Place the bag into the hot water bath and cook for 8 hours.

Remove beef mixture from bag and place in the bowl.

Using fork shred the meat and season with pepper and salt.

Serve over tortillas and enjoy.
